Message for prospective students:
It was once said by a man renowned for his wisdom that universities were founded the benefit of people unable to attend them. What he meant was that university graduates must work for the benefit of ordinary people and make a contribution to society. The contemporary world is racked by problems such as war, terrorism, poverty, natural disasters and epidemics. The new generation of global leaders must learn how to cope with these problems and many others. In the International Relations Program at IUJ we study, at both the theoretical and empirical levels, in an interdisciplinary fashion, international politics, international economics, comparative culture and history. We would like to invite all those interested in working towards a better world in the 21st century to come and study with us.
